Unlike nearly every other agent, we don’t do “tenant find only”. Why? Because we like to build long term relationships with both our landlords and their tenants. Our interest is solely on matching ideal tenants to properties and helping them get the most from their accommodation m by managing their expectations and experience. All of our property managers are available day or night. To our tenants; we want to find you a place you can call home. And to our landlords; we don’t get paid to change your tenant every six months - we want longevity at as little risk to you as possible.
Project Management
Since 2006 we’ve been helping landlords with Planning Applications, continuity with changing regulations and projects to make sure HMOs are legal and licensed. Our experienced team of project managers know how to get the best from a property and can help from the moment you begin to consider whether to let or not.
Renovations
In void periods (which we hate but are sometimes necessary) and whilst tenants are in situ, we plan and oversee renovations of bathrooms, kitchens, gardens; sometimes even the entire property. We have a highly rated team of skilled professionals ready to advise and construct what you have in your mind for your property.
